Vibrant Sunrise

On Tuesday, the sun rose a vibrant orange-pink.
This was a “Hey, photographer!” moment:
“Hey Erica, you have to take a picture of this!” my brother John informed me as I was reading Monday’s paper. I managed to snap off a few shots while the colors were still vivid.

Thursday morning dawned cold and misty. There were countless webs crisscrossing and dangling from the plants in our yard. I grabbed the camera and spent the better part of an hour capturing the delicate webs and drops of moisture.
